Asiana Treks and Tours provides guidance on altitude adaptation and closely monitors guests to ensure their safety.

Although this trek is moderate in difficulty, it’s recommended to have a basic level of fitness to walk several hours per day over varied terrain.

Training should include cardiovascular activities like walking, jogging, or cycling, and practice with uphill and downhill walking if possible. Packing the right gear is essential: sturdy hiking boots, layered clothing to accommodate temperature changes, a good-quality backpack, and sun protection. Since accommodation varies from comfortable lodges to traditional guesthouses, travelers should prepare for basic amenities and occasional cold nights.

It is also important to check travel documents, obtain any necessary visas, and consult your doctor about vaccinations and altitude precautions. Asiana Treks and Tours provides a comprehensive pre-trek briefing to cover all these aspects and assist with any special needs or questions.
