Kayaking in Nepal

Overview

Kayaking is another river fun adventure that can be enjoyed in the Himalayan river rapids. Along with the rafting trips, kayaking trips to enthusiasts can be organized in those rivers. It is fun and adventure to struggle and play in the rushing river rapids. 

Trip Preparation

• Comfortable, quick-drying clothing
• Swimwear (for water-based activities)
• Lightweight waterproof/windproof jacket
• Secure footwear (water shoes or sports sandals for rafting/canyoning; sneakers for others)
• Sunglasses with strap (UV protected)
• Sunscreen & lip balm with SPF
• Small daypack
• Refillable water bottle
• Towel and change of clothes (for water activities)
• Camera or action cam (with waterproof case if needed)
• Personal ID and tour/waiver documents
• Light gloves (optional for zipline, canyoning)
• Hair tie/band (if applicable, to keep hair secure)
• Snacks (for energy)
• GoPro mount/helmet mount (if allowed)
