Today our journey start after taking a breakfast in Dhunche and our trek almost one hour walk via road to Bharkhu then after we gradually up walk through pine & rhododendron forest where we may see the local animal and birds on the way to Thulo-Syabru village. Today we walk around 4-5 hours through a dense forest of pine and rhododendron to reach Sing Gompa (Chandan Bari) where we stay overnight at the lodge. The trail from here is mostly uphill with typically Himalayan terrain. We enjoy excellent views of the mountain and natural scenery from the open areas we reach. After arrival at the hotel, we refreshed and then make an excursion to the cheese factory as well as a forested area.
Today we follow a wonderful trail to reach holy Gosainkunda Lake passing through Cholagpati and Lauribinayak. We spend some time here exploring rural mountain lifestyles as well as the cultural differences between Hindu and Buddhist settlements.
