Highlights

Overview

Nepal's UNESCO World Heritage Tour takes you through the bustling city of Kathmandu, a city rich with legends, history, culture, religion, art, and architecture. This tour offers the opportunity to spot wildlife and view numerous Himalayan peaks, including Mount Everest, the world's highest point. Our UNESCO World Heritage tour package includes at least two days in Kathmandu, featuring a scenic flight over Mt. Everest and an overnight stay in Nagarkot for sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas.

You'll visit three different Durbar Squares in Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur. You will also explore Pashupatinath Temple, with its crematorium, and Changu Narayan Temple, sacred sites for the world's 1.2 billion Hindus, who comprise approximately 15% of the global population. Additionally, you'll visit Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, and Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha, centres of spiritual faith for the world's fourth-largest religion, Buddhism, which has over 520 million followers, accounting for 7% of the global population.

The tour also includes visits to two of Nepal's most treasured natural heritage sites. Chitwan National Park. Sagarmatha National Park, a sanctuary of stunning Himalayan beauty and home to the majestic Mt. Everest, and Chitwan National Park, a haven for the rare one-horned rhino and the Royal Bengal tiger, are both testaments to the awe-inspiring natural wonders of Nepal. Additionally, you'll visit the remarkable Durbar Squares, each a living testament to the art, architecture, history, and legends of different dynasties, such as the Lichhavi, Malla, and Shah. These sites are not only tourist attractions. This is a testament to Nepal's rich and diverse heritage, and we invite you to experience it with us. We recommend a leisurely nine-day journey to fully savour this unique blend of monumental culture and breathtaking nature.
