Highlights

Overview

Kailash Manasarovar tour is one of the religious tours revered in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, and the Bon religion remains unconquered due to its sacred status and extreme weather conditions in its remote location. According to Tibetan tradition, only one person, a monk named Milarepa, has ever climbed it. Its significance in various faiths makes it a place of pilgrimage.
Kailash Mansarovar tour is a spiritual journey to Mount Kailash in Tibet that offers a profound inner experience. Many dream of visiting the abode of Shiva, the Hindu God of destruction. Driving through rugged Tibetan landscapes to the holy Lake of Manasarovar and circumambulating Mount Kailash is a spiritually enriching endeavor.
Legend has it that Ravana attempted to uproot Kailash during the Kailash Mansarovar tour but failed due to the intervention of Shiva and Parvati. Hindus believe it is Shiva's residence, Jains see it as where their first leader was enlightened, Buddhists consider it the navel of the universe, and adherents of Bon view it as the abode of the sky goddess.
Mount Kailash, attracting numerous pilgrims and adventurers, is situated in Ngari prefecture and is known for its wildlife. From peaks like Lipulekh in Pithoragarh, it's visible at an aerial distance of 50 kilometers.
Starting from Kathmandu, you can explore spiritual sites like Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, Swayambhunath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
This journey to Kailash Mansarovar tour is both a spiritual quest and an exploration of Tibet's natural beauty and cultural richness. The simplicity of Tibetan life amidst majestic mountains leaves a lasting impression on travelers.
