It's a good idea to compare prices and data packages from telecom companies like Ncell and Nepal Telecom before buying. Knowing about teahouse connectivity. Our guide will suggest connections for you. However, connections are best for this trek.

Electricity voltage and plugs:

However, 95 % of Nepali people have access to electricity as of May 29, 2023. almost all popular trekking routes, teahouses, and lodges have electricity. However, some isolated and solo trekking tea houses in the jungle don't have electricity. Most tea houses let travelers charge their devices for a small fee. The average electrical voltage in Nepal is 230 volts, with plug types like Type C, Type D, and Type M. Travellers should bring a suitable adapter and, if needed, a voltage converter for their electronic devices.

The guest houses in the trekking regions have internet access. You can buy a SIM card at Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu. Asiana Treks & Tours provides a porter for every two trekkers, so you’ll only carry a daypack with essentials like water, snacks, sunscreen, and a camera. A detailed packing list is shared after booking.

Asiana Treks & Tours arranges all required permits on your behalf as part of the package, saving you time and paperwork. You just need to bring a few passport-sized photos and your passport to finalize the documents upon arrival in Kathmandu.

Each trekking day involves 4–6 hours of walking on varied terrain, including stone steps, forest trails, and gentle ascents. The most strenuous section is the uphill climb to Ghorepani, but the pace is moderate and manageable. The early morning hike to Poon Hill for sunrise is steep but short. With proper pacing, hydration, and rest, most people find the trek enjoyable and not overly taxing. Asiana Treks & Tours provides ample support and breaks throughout the trek.

Group sizes are small to ensure personalized attention and flexibility—usually between 2 to 10 people. Private treks are also available for families or individuals who prefer a custom pace or itinerary. Asiana Treks & Tours believes in quality over quantity and avoids overcrowded group tours. Smaller groups enhance the trekking experience, improve safety, and allow for stronger connections with guides and fellow trekkers.

Asiana Treks & Tours ensures you stay in the best available teahouses with basic amenities.

Yes, vegetarian and vegan meals are widely available, and most teahouses can accommodate special diets such as gluten-free or lactose-free, with prior notice. Asiana Treks & Tours ensures your dietary needs are communicated in advance and offers guidance on safe and suitable food options. Along the route, trekkers enjoy a wide variety of delicious and nutritious meals, primarily served in teahouses managed by local families. The staple diet consists of Dal Bhat—a traditional Nepali meal of lentils, rice, vegetables, and sometimes meat or eggs.
