Yes, the Honeymoon Tour includes several romantic and personalized touches. Asiana Treks & Tours can arrange special welcome amenities, candlelight dinners, floral room decorations, private sightseeing tours, and even couple’s spa treatments upon request. In scenic locations like Pokhara and Nagarkot, special sunset or sunrise viewings are arranged, offering perfect photo opportunities and intimate moments.
All intercity and in-city transfers are arranged in private, air-conditioned vehicles to ensure comfort and convenience. For longer journeys such as Pokhara to Chitwan or Kathmandu to Nagarkot, the transportation is smooth and scenic, allowing couples to relax and take in the natural beauty. Domestic flights can be arranged upon request for quicker travel between distant locations like Pokhara and Kathmandu.
The ideal time for this honeymoon package is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons. These months offer the best weather with clear skies, pleasant temperatures, and excellent mountain views—perfect for photography and outdoor activities. Winter (December to February) is also beautiful, especially in Nagarkot and Pokhara, though it may be a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings.
Asiana Treks & Tours is highly flexible when it comes to customizing your honeymoon experience. Whether you want to shorten the trek, add more leisure days, include a helicopter tour to the Annapurna Base Camp, or celebrate a special moment like a private anniversary dinner, the team will tailor the itinerary to suit your interests and pace.
Breakfast is included throughout the tour. In trekking regions and Chitwan, full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is usually provided. Romantic dinners and traditional Nepali meals are arranged in select locations to enhance your cultural and culinary experience. If you have dietary preferences or allergies, the team is happy to accommodate those with advance notice.
While travel insurance is not mandatory, Asiana Treks & Tours strongly recommends all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and trekking-related incidents. This offers peace of mind and ensures that your honeymoon remains stress-free in case of unexpected circumstances.
Booking your Honeymoon Tour with Asiana Treks & Tours is easy. You can contact the company through their official website, email, or phone. Once your itinerary is confirmed, you’ll receive a payment schedule, typically requiring a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before arrival or upon meeting the team in Nepal. Payment methods include international bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateways.
Pack light but thoughtfully — layers for varying temperatures (day vs night), comfortable trekking shoes, rain jacket, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), insect repellent, personal toiletries, and a small daypack. Bring a power bank, camera, and copies of travel documents. In mountain areas, nights can be cold, so include a warm jacket or fleece. We’ll also send you a detailed packing list before departure. Light packing gives you flexibility and ease during transfers.
In cities and major tourist hubs like Kathmandu and Pokhara, you’ll usually have reliable WiFi and mobile network coverage. In remote mountain villages (Ghandruk, Tolkha), connectivity may be limited or intermittent—some lodges offer basic WiFi, while others depend on satellite or local network. In Chitwan jungle lodges, connectivity might be weak. We encourage you to enjoy the offline moments, but rest assured we’ll confirm ahead about connectivity so you know when to expect limited access.
Your safety is paramount. All trekking routes are vetted and selected for safety. Our guides are trained in first aid and emergency procedures. We maintain group ratios for support. We’ll advise you on altitude acclimatization, hydration, and pace. Before departure, we’ll provide health guidelines (vaccinations, medical kit, local conditions). In Chitwan, wildlife and jungle safety rules are strictly enforced. You also travel with emergency access to medical facilities as needed.
The standard itinerary doesn’t rely heavily on domestic flights—primarily land/road travel is used for Kathmandu → Pokhara → Chitwan connections. However, depending on your preference, time constraints, and seasonal factors, we can incorporate short domestic flights (e.g. Kathmandu to Pokhara) to reduce travel time. If you prefer flying over long road drives, Asiana Treks & Tours can include that option and adjust pricing accordingly.
We aim to maintain a small, intimate group size — typically 6 to 12 travelers, often including just two or three couples. This ensures personalized attention, flexibility, and a comfortable pace. If you prefer a completely private honeymoon (just the two of you), we can offer a private variant of this tour. A smaller group means less waiting, more direct service, and a more romantic, flexible experience.
Feel free to modify. If you prefer extra downtime (e.g. in Pokhara or Bandipur) or want to skip a hiking day, that’s no problem. We design the itinerary to include buffer time and optional activities. Just communicate your comfort level and interests, and our team will adjust the schedule. The goal is that you enjoy every day — not feel pressured. We can re‑balance transportation, lodging nights, or sightseeing to accommodate.
Excluded meals generally include lunches or dinners on free days (e.g. your Pokhara exploration day), alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, personal snacks, and any extra meals or snacks beyond the itinerary. Also excluded are tips for guides, porters, driver, and personal expenses (laundry, phone calls). We’ll provide an estimate of out‑of‑pocket costs during planning so you can budget accordingly.
In Chitwan, the itinerary includes jungle safari by jeep or 4x4, canoe rides on the river, guided jungle walks, wildlife viewpoint visits, birdwatching, and Tharu cultural programs. You may see rhinos, deer, monkeys, migratory birds, crocodiles, and if lucky, even elusive species. Our naturalist guide explains habitats and conservation issues. Safety is enforced strictly. The lodge and program are chosen to maximize your wildlife experience while ensuring your comfort and security.
Yes. Most foreign travelers require a Nepal tourist visa, obtainable on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu) or through the Nepali consulate in your home country. You’ll need your passport (valid at least six months). Permits aren’t needed for the light trekking routes in this honeymoon itinerary, as they lie in regulated tourist regions. If we add higher-altitude treks later, we’ll handle permit logistics. We’ll guide you step by step through visa procedures before travel.
Asiana Treks & Tours has a cancellation policy (which we’ll share in writing) that typically charges a sliding scale: a full refund (minus minimal administration fees) if canceled well in advance, partial refund depending on the timing (e.g. 30–60 days before departure), and limited or no refund for last‑minute cancellations. We also suggest purchasing trip cancellation insurance. In case of unforeseen events (weather, political conditions), we attempt to reschedule or provide alternate arrangements rather than outright cancellation.
