The best time to travel to Nepal depends on your preferences and the type of excursions or events you intend to participate in. Generally, Nepal has four distinct seasons, each with unique charms and challenges.


Autumn Season: September to November is Nepal's best time for Trekking and outdoor activities. Clear skies, pleasant temperatures, and festivals like Dashain Tihar and Chhat make this period ideal for experiencing Nepali culture.


Winter Season: Cold temperatures start in late November or early December, but clear skies suit budget travelers. Lower-elevation treks and skiing/snowboarding in ski resorts are popular activities.

Nepal is a mountain country, so flights depend on weather conditions and are often postponed or canceled due to low visibility, haze, and fog. Sometimes unpredictable weather can lead to flight delays or cancellations, making your travel plans uneasy. 


If the weather conditions are bad, seem worse over one or two days, or might disturb your day-by-day plan, we must be ready and agree to an alternative plan for a continuous following our Itinerary. Suppose you are flying from and to Kathmandu, Pokhara, Jomsom, Bhairahaba, Janakpur, Bhojpur, Simara, Biratnagar, Taplejung, Nepaljung, or any place you are. We advise you to take ground transportation, a comfortable 4WD drive, car, van, and bus, according to the group size for our travel plan. However, this information is just in case. Our guest has no disturbance, which will always be easy and smooth.


Airport Formality Tribhuvan International Airport in Nepal:


Upon arrival at the entry point, all baggage undergoes declaration and clearance through customs. Passengers arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) without access to goods may proceed through the Green Channel for swift clearance without luggage checks.


 Possessing a valid visa and passport is crucial before departing Nepal. If your visa has expired, you must extend it before being permitted to leave. Entry Permit and Requirements (About Visa) 


To visit Nepal, All foreign nationals, except Indians, need a valid passport and a visa to enter Nepal. Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu by air and By Bus Kakarvitta, Jhapa (Eastern Nepal), Birganj, Parsa (Central Nepal), Kodari, Sindhupalchowk (Northern Border), Belahia, Bhairahawa (Rupandehi, Western Nepal), Jamunaha, Nepalgunj (Banke, Mid Western Nepal), Mohana, Dhangadhi (Kailali, Far Western Nepal) and Gaddachauki, Mahendranagar (Kanchanpur, Far Western Nepal).


You can quickly get an arrival visa at entry points or Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport. However, some people need a permit before they come, so it's good to check with the nearest Nepalese embassy.


It's crucial to note that some nationalities, such as Nigeria, Iraq, Ghana, Afghanistan, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Somalia, Palestine, and Ethiopia, do not receive visas from immigration entry points in Nepal. Therefore, it's highly recommended to check the visa requirements before planning your trip.


There are three types of visas, as in the table below: 


Fifteen days, 30 days, or 90 days. The cost varies from $30 to $125 depending on how long you want to stay. You can pay in US dollars or other significant currencies, sometimes even Nepalese rupees.


If you're coming for business, you can get a suitable visa for up to 5 years. The fee depends on how much money you're investing. If you invest less than 10 million Nepalese rupees, it's $35 per month, $400 per year, or $1000 for five years. If you invest more, the fees are lower; if you invest more than 100 million Nepalese rupees, you don't have to pay any fees.


People from SAARC countries get a free 30-day visa. Indians don't need a visa, but they must show ID, like a passport or citizenship card. Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months. And it's a good idea to have travel insurance which covers medical treatment and emergency evacuation. Some places in Nepal require a separate permit to visit.

Trip Itinerary

Your trip day starts today when you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Upon your arrival, you will receive it from our representative at the airport. He will be carrying a signboard with our company name on it. Then you will be transferred to the tour hotel and checked in. A trip briefing will be notified to you by our representative, who will pick you up from the airport. We will come to meet and brief you about the trip at a fixed time. Until briefing, rest and explore some of the surroundings near your hotel Thamel.

Today early in the morning at 5 o'clock, ready to go domastic airport it takes around 2 hours for the process and finish the trip, then you will Back at the Hotel, have breakfast, and embark on a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu after breakfast. Visit the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square. After sightseeing, return to the Hotel and rest for the night.

After breakfast in the Hotel, we will drive to the Charaudi Rafting starting points of Trishuli River for an exciting whitewater rafting experience. Navigate through the rapids and enjoy the scenic beauty of the river. The rafting trip ends at Kuringhat. After the rafting trip, we will have great fun at the river beach, overnight at Trishuli river beach.

In the Morning, Take breakfast at the river beach. We will go to Manakamana temple on a hilltop via a cable car ride and visit the temple dedicated to the Hindu goddess Bhagwati, which involves worship, and Darsan Manakamana Temple (wish to fulfill goddess). Enjoy the scenic beauty of the terraced landscape and Himalayas from the hilltop, then drive to Pokhara, check into the Hotel, and rest for a while. Today, early in the Morning, drive 30 minutes and a short hike to Sarangkot to enjoy the alluring sunrise over the Himalayas Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Lamjung, and many other Himalayan peaks. After Sunrise from Sarangkot.After the amazing view in sarangkot drive back to Hotel for Breakfast and some rest again, ready to explore Pokhara.Visit the Guptshower Mahadev Cave, David Falls, Bindabasani Temple, and many other places.Overnight stay in Pokhara.6

Be ready at nine o'clock for your choice. We reserve according to your wish and for paragliding and zip line spots at Sarangkot, a scenic hilltop overlooking Pokhara and many Himalayan peaks. You will be accompanied by an experienced paragliding instructor who will provide a short briefing on the activity. Soar high above the mountains and enjoy the stunning views of Pokhara and the Himalayas during your 20-30 minutes of tandem paragliding flight. Your instructor will take care of any activities flying, so you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. It's time to relax and unwind. Head to the nearby Devi's Fall, a beautiful waterfall that cascades into a deep gorge.

Today, after breakfast in the Morning, around 8 o'clock, we are driving to Chitwan from Pokhara, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its Wildlife and jungle safari. Arrive after five hours of scenic wending drive, check into the Hotel, and refresh and Take lunch and the late afternoon. Be ready to visit the Tharu village and experience the local culture. The trip continuously overlooks the elephant stable. We can see one-horned rhinos and some birds watching the sunset on the riverbank back to the Hotel. Take dinner, visit the Tharu village in the evening, and experience the local culture. Overnight at Chitwan.

After breakfast, enjoy a thrilling jungle safari in Chitwan. Go for an elephant ride or take a jeep safari to explore Wildlife, canoe ride, jungle walk, and elephant breeding center, return to the Hotel for an overnight stay. Overnight at Chitwan.

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu and have the option of a flight at an extra cost. In the evening, involve farewell dinner with a cultural program overnight at Kathmandu.
