Nepal is a year-round destination, but the best time for the Senior People Soft Tour is during the spring (March- May) and autumn (September- November) seasons. These months offer pleasant weather, clear skies, and stunning mountain views.

It's rare to experience high-altitude sickness at elevations lower than 3000 meters. Hydration is a prime concern in preventing dehydration during the Tour. Drinking plenty of water throughout your Tour helps you stay hydrated, reducing the risk of altitude sickness.
