We trekked the Annapurna trail in the fall. We have done a lot of hiking and for a lot of reasons this was truly the trek of a lifetime. Thakur was our guide and we had 5 excellent porters. Both on and off the trail, Thakur provided excellent guidance and leadership. His English is excellent which made it a lot easier on our English speaking group. Even with the older folks in the crowd there was never any pressure from him, only encouragement. He and the porters truly enjoyed their time on the trail and that made the bond between all of us even stronger. At the end of the trek, we were on a bus back to Pokhara and we spotted a Monastery that was close to our hotel. A number of us expressed interest in it and he was able to schedule a visit for us the very next day .. a really unforgettable experience! Thank you Thakur and friends for a job well done!

Hiking the Annapurna Trail with Thakur was actually my very first international trip back in 2013! The bar was set incredibly high!! I have since traveled to 9 other countries and hiked with guides in Thailand, Guatemala, and Canada. I can say hands down, there is no comparison to the professionalism, organization, and service that I received hiking with Thakur! His team made the entire process from arrival to departure an easy and most enjoyable experience. I'm so grateful to TP and his crew for keeping our group of 16 people safe and very well cared for. We were strangers of all ages from all over the world who many became lifelong friends! It was the greatest trip of my life and one of the most beautiful places on Earth!

Thakur was an amazing guide for our Nepal trek in the Annapurna Region. He was very much the professional, but in the relaxed mode that we loved about the Nepali people. We had full faith in his whole team, who we came to love and respect, their genuine, caring nature always very apparent in the most natural way.
