My girlfriends and I were blessed to have Thakur Sapkota as our tour guide during for our adventure of a lifetime trekking through the Himalayas!! He was hardworking, professions, knowledgeable, organized, funny, helpful and an overall spectacular guide!!! I was the least sporty of our group and hence the slowest trekker. Thakur stayed back with me, helped me and even offered to carry me when my knee was bothering me!! It’s been a couple years since our trip but every time we talk about it we always include our “fearless leader” Thakur in our stories and memories!!!

This trip was amazing, even after many years I enjoy my memories of Nepal, Kathmandu and most of all our trek with our guide Thakur... You can tell he loves his country and is proud of what he can show you, the treasures of the mountains... Not only does he show you around and makes sure you have a safe journey, he allows you to be part of his culture, even if only for a couple of days... Thinking back of my time in Nepal, I can only thank Thakur, after all, it s the people you meet that turn countries into memories we remember

my husband and i took the annapurna 6 day hiking trip in 2011. it was an incredible once in a lifetime trip for us. we went though rain and snow and i was nervous going through some areas -- thakur was an incredible guide who held me and guided me through those rough spots. the place is magical but thakur made it special by being a great guide. i am so happy to see that he has established his own tour company. best of luck thakur!
