I did a trekking tour with Asiana Trek and Tours and highly recommend them. The guides are very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to doing another trek with them in the near future.

No matter what ethnicity, race, color, or creed you represent, everyone innately understands the power of a smile. And that is what Thakur has shown everyday when we trekked along the Annapurna circuit in 2014. Not all smiles are genuine, but Thakur's smile was different. His showed humor, story, love for his country, and deep connection to humanity. We instantly connected through sharing jokes with the few Nepalese words that I picked up along the way (e.g. "namaste" and "ramri keta" haha!). Thakur was also very knowledgeable and willing to share about the Nepalese culture and country. The trek was simply stunning with the amazing panoramas, but what makes it enriching is the people that join you along the journey. A smile can connect the world. Why do I say that? The reason is Thakur was not even my tour guide, but one that happen to be traveling the same route during the same time.

Just back from an amazing trip to Katmandu, Mount Everest Base Camp, Cho La Pass and Gokyo lakes. Thank you Thakur and Asiana Treks and Tours for organizing one of the best trips ever! We felt so well taken care of by Thakur and his team. Thakur went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and the guide and porters were knowledgeable and inspiring, even singing us a song when the going got tough :). I highly recommend Asiana Treks and Tours and will most certainly have them organizing my next trip to Nepal.

Myself and two friends used Thakur’s services to help us organise a 15 days trekking trip to Everest Base Camp followed by Gokyo Lakes. Thakur went above and beyond himself to ensure that we had the best experience, not only during the trekk but also before and after. Thakur is truly a gem, I have no hesitations recommending his services to others.
