Thakur is the true professional guide: well regarded, highly experienced, organised, excellent company anytime of day and generous in spirit. He is a great listener, and a wonderful storyteller. His interest is ensuring his guests get every morsel possible from their holiday experience and leave with unforgettable memories, as each of us did. Thakur catered for every interest we had and was able to accommodate some unexpected plans for us in both Thamel and Pokhara. This trip was amazing, even after many years I enjoy my memories of Nepal, Kathmandu and most of all our trek with our guide Thakur... You can tell he loves his country and is proud of what he can show you, the treasures of the mountains... Not only does he show you around and makes sure you have a safe journey, he allows you to be part of his culture, even if only for a couple of days... Thinking back of my time in Nepal, I can only thank Thakur, after all, it s the people you meet that turn countries into memories we remember

my husband and i took the annapurna 6 day hiking trip in 2011. it was an incredible once in a lifetime trip for us. we went though rain and snow and i was nervous going through some areas -- thakur was an incredible guide who held me and guided me through those rough spots. the place is magical but thakur made it special by being a great guide. i am so happy to see that he has established his own tour company. best of luck thakur!

We were accompanied very professionally from Kathmandu to the village, everything was well organized, although it was a non-touristic trip, far away from the classic routes. The escort was very sensitive, responding to all the needs, often without any oral expression.
